Why is my PDF file not sending to the patient?

Check the file size is under 5MB. You can use online applications like: https://www.wecompress.com/en/ to reduce the size of your file.
Why can I sometimes not find a patient when seraching on 'Checkins' page?

If the patient is set to 'INACTIVE', they will not appear on the 'Checkins' page. Go to 'Patients' tab, click on 'All Patients', then enter the patient's name in the tab under search ALL PATIENTS and their name should come up.
Why are my patients not receiving check-in messages?

In project details, the 'Send Checkins' should be enabled. They will not send if this is disabled. INACTIVE patients will also not receive check-in messages, this includes patients in archived clinics.
What are the different roles for health care providers on Weltel?

Administrator: Access to all clinics. Manager: Access to selected number of clinics Clinician: Access to one clinic.
